From brand to venue — designing the full conference experience
I led the design of 5–6 Epic Growth conferences, building a consistent experience across brand, website, physical space, and digital layers.
What started as a solo effort evolved into building and leading a design team, with a focus on keeping the experience cohesive as the scale increased.

The conference design evolved into a scalable system that worked consistently across formats, cities, and teams.
It allowed the product to present itself as a cohesive ecosystem — not just an event — strengthening brand perception and making each touchpoint feel intentional and connected. As the scale grew, the system reduced design chaos, improved speed of production, and enabled the team to deliver complex events with a consistently high level of quality.
